Heating

  • Clean/Inspect Heat Exchanger

  • Clean/Inspect Burners

  • Lubricate Moving Parts

  • Inspect Venting System

  • Check for Gas Leaks

  • Inspect Safety Controls

  • Carbon Monoxide Test

  • Check Motor Amps & Capacitor

  • Perform Operational Test

Cooling

  • Clean Condenser Coil

  • Clean and/or Replace Filters

  • Check Freon Levels (bulb prices may vary)

  • Lubricate Motors as Needed

  • Remove Debris from Unit

  • Check Motor Amps & Capacitor

  • Visual Inspection of Condensate Drain & Pan

  • Change Oil & Filter (1/year)

  • Inspect Enclosure Louvers

  • Clean Battery Terminals

  • Tighten Battery Connections
